Develop a portfolio to demonstrate school leadership & management competence

As a student on the ACE programme for school leadership you will be actively involved in a learning process aimed at developing or improving your competencen in respect of a range of areas relating to your management and leadership role in the school system. You will also be continuously assessed through a variety of formal and informal assessment methods. The main purpose of these assessments will be to gather evidence of your achievements against the outcomes described in the exit level outcomes of the qualification (see Text 1 in your Reader). At the end of the programme all the results from these assessments will be considered in deciding whether you have met the requirements to be awarded the ACE qualification.
